The Tarpeian Rock is a free magazine of Christian fiction. First published in 2003, it appears annually. The content includes essays, poetry, and several types of genre fiction, including horror, historical fiction, and fantasy, as well as science fiction.

The Tarpeian Rock is published on white bond paper with glossy covers. It comes in the traditional size for magazines in North America (8½" x 11"), and approximately one-quarter of the space is taken up with ads, many – but not all – for books published by ARX.
